Bookkeepers Discount
A 5% bookkeepers discount will be applied if all treatment fees are paid when the braces are placed. Financial arrangements are made between the parents or patient, if 18 or older, and this office. That portion of your monthly payments not covered by the insurance company is to be sent to our office as indicated on your Financial Agreement, which was signed at the beginning of treatment. This plan is set up for your convenience. If your insurance is cancelled for any reason or if you become ineligible, you will be responsible for the total monthly payments. Please remember that many policies cover a percentage of the maximum allowance the insurance company has determined, for example 50 percent up to a maximum of $1000. Many also have a deductible payment. If you have problems understanding your policy, we will be glad to try to help.

Credit
We attempt to offer our patients a fair and reasonable credit policy. We offer extended plans for those who need this service. If special circumstances occur, such as the loss of a job or other financial disasters, we often extend credit on our orthodontic services. We will consider lowering the monthly payments under such circumstances without penalty or interest.
