Financial
Fees for average orthodontic treatment include the following:
Records, letters and general communications during treatment and 1 year of follow up.
Initial Diagnostic Records and Treatment Planning including Panorex and Cephalometric x-ray; FMX; Study Models; Photograph and Study of the case, development of a diagnosis and treatment plan.

Patient orientation and initial instruction in oral hygiene.
Construction and placement of the appliances. Routine adjustments and checking of appliances during treatment. Repairs, if not excessive. Routine changing or replacement of appliances during treatment, if necessary. Removal of appliances, 1 set of retainers, adjustments and follow up for 1 year. The average patient takes between 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 years to complete treatment. Fees are based on the difficulty of each individual case. You will need a consultation appointment to obtain an estimated fee. Fees may be budgeted according to a monthly payment plan. With this arrangement, your monthly payments may continue even after active treatment has been completed and the patient is in retention. Complex adult treatment and orthodontic/surgical combination treatment may include an additional diagnostic/treatment plan charge
