The position of a patient's teeth may also change with growth. A patient's face, mouth, jaw, etc. continue to grow and mature as the rest of the body grows. Faces, mouths, etc. change throughout life. If a patient's teeth relapse a significant amount, some treatment may be needed. This may include fixed braces or removable braces depending on the circumstances. The fee for re treatment will depend on the situation. All factors including past cooperation, past fees, etc. will be taken into consideration. Although we cannot guarantee your teeth will remain stable and in alignment, we will do all we can to keep them as straight as we can. Faithful long-term retainer wear and proper yearly monitoring will decrease the chance of significant relapse.
