Broken appliances
If you have a problem with your braces, please call prior to your appointment, as we may have to reschedule the appointment during school hours. If you show up for a short appointment with a problem, we may not have the time to fix it.

Emergencies
If you have an emergency, call right away and schedule an appointment. emergency appointments are usually scheduled around 12:00 P.M. We consider a problem an emergency when the problem causes pain. While we may not be able to fix everything at that time, our main focuses will be alleviating pain and providing patient comfort.

Please note
We need at least 2 weeks notice to send letters x-rays, etc. to other professionals who may request such information. Often x-rays need to be copied, labeled and mailed.
